Game of the Week: UConn 82, Missouri 75 (NCAA Tournament West Regional final, Glendale, Ariz., Saturday) - The Huskies staved off a second-half surge from the Tigers to earn their third Final Four berth under coach Jim Calhoun playing out of the West and first since 2004's national title run.

Performance of the Week: Kemba Walker (NCAA Tournament West Regional Final, Saturday) - With center Hasheem Thabeet in foul trouble and All-American A.J. Price struggling with his shot, the freshman stepped up and enjoyed his best game as a Husky, slashing his way into the lane for a handful of acrobatic lay-ins en route to a 23-point performance.

Wish We Were There: UConn 77, California 53 (NCAA Tournament Trenton Regional semifinal, Trenton, N.J., Sunday) - Behind a career-high effort from freshman Tiffany Hayes (28 points on 9-of-10 shooting), UConn beat California 77-53 to advance to the Elite Eight after trailing by as many as eight points in the first half - the largest deficit the women's team has faced all season.

The Big Letdown: Softball swept in home-opening doubleheader (Saturday) - After playing their first 22 games of the 2009 away from Storrs, the Huskies took on Big East rival DePaul at the UConn Softball Stadium over the weekend, falling 5-0 in the first game and 9-3 in the second. The Blue Demons have now taken nine straight games from the Huskies.

Number of the Week: 16-5 - the Big East's win-loss record in this year's NCAA Tournament, through Sunday's games.
