Why hasn't anyone corrected me all these years for saying "the University of Connecticut" instead of "the University of UConn"?

I was kind of sad to leave Gampel and not see riot police doing battle with the student population.

My roommate and I drank to the women's championship and to the destruction of Arjona and Monteith.

Chuck Norris has nothing on Geno Auriemma.

I have a gallon of gasoline, a book of matches and a 1989 Honda Civic. I'm going to make your dreams come true, InstantDaily.

It sucks not having a voice when you want to be screaming at the top of your lungs: GO UCONN WOMEN!!!!!!!

Easy-Mac and Keystone: I'd like to thank the UConn Women for giving me a legitimate excuse to party on a Tuesday night for once.

The women's championship game was the first time I've actually gotten an erection from a basketball game.

To the half-assed streakers celebrating in North quad, take off the rest of your clothes!

If I don't see devastation, burnt-out cars, and torn down goal posts when I get to campus in the morning, I'm going to be very disappointed.

Props to the kid who gingerly "whoop!"-ed in the library when the women won. Kudos for your enthusiasm, young one.

Congratulations Huskies! Never send a man to do a woman's job.

All I've seen is two trash cans flipped over. Is that all the women get? Really?

If Geno Auriemma were the president of UConn, would we be the No. 1 school in the nation too?

I was so moderately excited by the women's win that I flipped a bike over.

Rioting after a women's game is a slower-paced rioting, with better fundamentals.

I can't tell what makes me more upset about people not caring about the women's win: gender inequality, or the fact that nobody gets excited enough about the women's team to flip cars.
