How about a mention that the women's polo team won the National Championship for a third straight year (beating Cornell and then University of Virginia)in Lexington Ky. Pretty exceptional accomplishment especially as their Polo ponies were quarantined for much of the season owing to a horse virus ! Additionally the team has to work hard to find financial resources/support to remain competitive w/schools such as Cornell, Yale, University of Virginia, Umass,Skidmore etc.

Portions of the week long series of matches will be televised on ESPN2 later in the summer.
