Alvino Sentenced To 37 Months

ROCKVILE - Anthony P. Alvino, the driver of the vehicle that struck and killed UConn freshman Carlee Wines in a hit-and-run last January was sentenced to 37 months in prison today in Rockville Superior Court.

they virtually threatened their son and his friends involved into not saying anything to police. they convinced everyone to stay quiet and offered to get the car fixed by a mechanic friend so that no one would find out that way. they're being formally charged with a host of things akin to conspiracy to tamper with evidence and hindering an investigation.
