In the wake of the Recording Industry Association of America's issuing of pre-settlement letters to UConn students, I feel it is appropriate to share my story of online piracy....

Usually, letters to the editor are associated with newspapers and newsmagazines. However, they are sometimes sent to other periodicals (such as entertainment and technical magazines), and radio and television stations. In the latter instance, letters are sometimes read on the air (usually, on a news broadcast or on talk radio).

Illegal downloading is the bigger threat for many people in many countries. I think there should be an open market for songs where people can downloaded it free.

Thats a interesting story, I even not believe that. I have got sued over 2 pictures used on my site. Even immediate removal of those pictures they sued me.

The downloading imposes a new strategy for the singers. Now they cannot earn money with CD or DVD, but the new challenge is with some shows, merchandising and other products. The artists become manager themselves . It is the end of majors...

The laws for downloading should be relaxing for students so that they will not have problems if they get caught. Usually student dont have enough money to bare those expenses.
