In an ever-growing and encouraging trend, states and universities are attempting to mitigate their negative affect on the environment. As gullible as those that think Islam is a threat, or that America is always right? I think it's better to attempt to improve the environmental situation as opposed to waging culture wars. You can either work to create or work to destroy, and IC (Frasure) would much rather destroy.
