Being in the EMS field I have seen life go pass a young man in the blink of an eye.First we should celebrate the life of this young man.Andre Had fun with friends and was able to escape death. I'm sure he has thoughts of anger and disappointment of the choice he made. I feel If the consequences are harse It could back fire.With Team work and understanding Andre will get the clear picture of being careful next time around.There may be a ZERO tolerance for his actions but let us remember we can have a 100% recovery.
