Congressman Joe Courtney announced on May 21 that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services awarded a $46,285 grant to UConn's graduate nursing program.

This is really nice step taken by the Congressman Joe Courtney by announcing the grant amount for the nursing students which will increase health standard in country.

nursing remains a pitifully underrepresented profession. Very rarely are there the human numbers to fill the need, especially in medically underserved regions of the country.
