As my friend and co-worker Jose,A Mexican citizen legally here with a greencard says -no license,no job, no handouts,no problema,they will go home.I believe he might be thinking of the higher wages that will come without the flood of cheap labor that drives down wages for American and legal workers.

We are not lower class workers we are working class people. Calling us lower class workers is like calling a Black person a Negro. True our wages are partially determined by the number of workers available however the only way we can raise our wages is to struggle. This means joining unions and waging battles with the capitalists in both North America and America Latina. We can only build unions by rejecting all artificial barriers like race, sex, and country of origin. Those workers without papers already fill many industrial jobs where taxes are deducted just like every one else. This is why the capitalists can't just send everyone home. Also for those of you from Fairfield county when you don't pay your gardeners withholding taxes it is you who are violating the law.

When you come to this nation illegally (not through legal channels)then you really don't deserve anything but to be sent back to where you came from. This may be disturbing for some folks to hear, but that is their defect not the laws. Immigration laws have been abused in this nation for years and years. Corrupt attorny's and others, who have been making a great living skirting established laws are largely at fault, as well as the politicians of the two party system which so many Americans have been cynically forced to conclude are nothing but a scam.
