Is there any description of the attacker other than "male"? Maybe some on campus saw this dude? There's a time and a place -- some Hilltopper maybe saw him in their semi-smashes state and saw which way he went?

Or, is the attacker a minority and we can't mention that since it might be racial profiling or some such PC load of u-no-what.

The UConn Police have wasted paper in posting a pointless warning about this incident all over campus. In my 15 years in town I cannot recall any infrequent previous warning-post on campus that did not ALSO very responsibly include a DETAILED description of the "perp," for public safety's sake. The public doesn't just WANT to know, it needs to know to help identify this jerk. Get real UConn...

I agree with the comments above. I cannot believe the only description of the attacker is that he's "male". Even if you don't know race of attacker, at least describe his build, or SOMETHING.

It's sad...but I do not believe this case will ever be solved.
