UConn struggles to secure in-state football recruits

I don't know Kev. Wisconsin and BC both have historical pasts compared to UConn. The campus just has house parties to offer and 20 minute walks to class. Players can easily go to another campus and live in Boston and major attractions like that...

If you are a good player..UConn isnt on your radar. UConn football is still pretty bad. The optimism that i see around the state is just silly. Maybe after they start playing some good teams...things will change...but as long as you keep playing Hofstra and teams with that type of skill..you will get the 2nd and mostly 3rd and 4th class players. Sorry to be a realist here.
