Alexander Seryakov, 22, of Redding, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. at UConn Police Headquarters and charged with second degree failure to appear. Seryakov turned himself in on a warrant for failure to appear on March 16. Seryakov was originally arrested on Jan. 5 by Ridgefield police for motor vehicle violations. He was given an April 16 court date and released after paying a $100 cash bond.

Enrico Casagrande, 21, of New Milford, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. at W Parking Lot and charged with operation while under the influence. Casagrande was stopped in W Lot for going through a blocked road. The officer suspected Casagrande was intoxicated and subjected him to a series of field sobriety tests, which he failed. He was given an April 13 court date. Bond was set at $500.
Alexander Rogan, 18, of Duxbury, Mass, was arrested at 6:34 a.m. at Batterson Hall and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal management, distribution and sale of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory and possession of a controlled substance or less than four ounces of marijuana. A search and seizure warrant was executed at Batterson Hall. After a brief investigation, Rogan was found to be in possession of a scale, packaging material, rolling papers, $200 in cash and 26.8 grams of marijuana. He was given an April 2 court date and held on a $10,000 bond.
Matthew Cerasoli, 19, of South Windsor, was arrested at 7:13 p.m. on North Eagleville Road and charged with fourth degree criminal mischief. Officers were dispatched to the School of Pharmacy after receiving a report of vandalism to several benches near the building. The responding officers observed four men on or near the benches. When the officer approached, the men left the area on bicycles but were located a short distance away and were detained. A brief investigation revealed that Cerasoli had caused damage to two benches and the stone pavement in the area, police said. He was given an April 14 court date and released on a written promise to appear.
Jared Vanburen, 19, of Hebron, was arrested at 7:13 p.m. on North Eagleville Road and charged with fourth degree criminal mischief. Officers were dispatched to the School of Pharmacy after receiving a report of vandalism to several benches near the building. The responding officers observed four men on or near the benches. Amanda Grewer, 19, of Danbury, was arrested at 8:56 p.m. at Batterson Hall and charged with third degree assault and disorderly conduct. Officers were dispatched to Batterson after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. Grewer and her roommate were in a verbal disagreement, which became a physical altercation when Grewer struck the victim with her hands. She was given an April 3 court date. Bond was set at $1,000.
Rebecca Sanchez, 19, of Danbury, was arrested at 8:56 p.m. at Batterson Hall and charged with third degree assault and disorderly conduct. Officers were dispatched to Batterson after receiving a report of a domestic dispute. Sanchez and her roommate were in a verbal disagreement, which became a physical altercation when Sanchez struck the victim with her hands. She was given an April 3 court date. Bond was set at $1,000.

Christopher Hawthorn, 20, of Stamford, was arrested at 9:03 p.m. at Gampel Pavilion and charged with sixth degree larceny. Concert personnel observed Hawthorn stealing a $20 T-shirt from a vending table during the UConn spring concert. Officers responded and found that Hawthorn had concealed the T-shirt under his shirt. He was given an April 14 court date. Bond was set at $1,000.
Evgeniy Bashunov, 21, of Manchester, was arrested at 9:17 p.m. in Eddy Hall and charged with failure to keep a drug in its original container, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance or less than four ounces of marijuana. Officers responded to a report of the smell of marijuana in Eddy Hall. After a brief investigation, Bashunov was found to be in possession of 2 grams of marijuana, 12 Adderall pills in an unmarked container and several types of drug paraphernalia. He was given an April 14 court date. Bond was set at $2,000.
Michael Allegra, 19, of Westbrook, was arrested at 10:09 p.m. at Busby Suites and charged with third degree assault and second degree breach of peace. Officers were dispatched to a report of a loud physical altercation occurring outside Busby Suites. After a brief investigation, Allegra was found to be the aggressor. He was given an April 14 court date. Bond was set at $2,000.

James Bailey, 18, of Meriden, was arrested at 1:54 a.m. on Route 275 and charged with failure to drive right and operation while under the influence. Bailey was stopped for driving over the double yellow line. Officers suspected Bailey of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs and subjected him to a series of field sobriety tests, which he failed. He was given an April 13 court date. Bond was set at $1,000.
Murvin Tackling, 23, of New Britain, was arrested at 10:07 p.m. on King Hill Road and charged with having tinted windows and an obstructed windshield, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance or less than four ounces of marijuana. Tackling was stopped for having tinted windows and an object hanging from the rear view mirror that obstructed his view. After a brief investigation, Tackling was found to be in possession of 13.2 grams of marijuana, a marijuana grinder and rolling papers. He was given an April 14 court date. Bond was set at $1,000.

Clare Reilly, 18, of Higganum, was arrested at 4:19 a.m. on Route 195 and charged with failure to drive right and operation while under the influence. Reilly was stopped for swerving over the double yellow line. Officers suspected Reilly was under the influence of alcohol or drugs and subjected her to a series of field sobriety tests, which she failed. She was given an April 13 court date. Bond was set at $500.
Maciej Koska, 27, of Mansfield, was arrested at 11:19 p.m. at Celeron Square Apartments and was charged with failure to illuminate his license plate and operation while under the influence. Koska was stopped for failure to illuminate his license plate. The officer suspected Koska was under the influence of alcohol or drugs and subjected him to a series of field sobriety tests, which he failed. He was given an April 20 court date. Bond was set at $500.
