Adam Tulloch, 19, of Windsor, was arrested at 2:21 a.m. on North Eagleville Road and charged with failure to have headlights lit, failure to drive right, failure to drive in proper lane and operation while under the influence. According to police, officers observed a vehicle operated by Tulloch that did not have its headlights lit. Police then observed the vehicle cross both the double yellow line and the white fog line. Police conducted a motor vehicle stop of Tulloch's vehicle and suspected him of operating under the influence of alcohol. Tulloch was subjected to a series of field sobriety test, which he failed. He was given a Nov. 24 court date. Bond was set at $2,000.

Peigeng Liu, 18, of West Hartford, was arrested at 1:32 a.m. in Buckley Hall and charted with illegal possession of narcotics with intent to sell near a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal management, distribution or sale of cannabis or a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance or less than four ounces of marijuana. According to police, officers responded to Buckley Hall for a report of possible narcotic activity. After a brief investigation, Liu was found to be in possession of 3.30 ounces of marijuana, packaging material, a digital scale and $990 in cash. He was held on a $10,000 bond and given a Nov. 25 court date.

Shaena Gray, 19, of Bloomfield, was arrested at 1:22 p.m. at the UConn Co-op and charged with sixth degree larceny. According to police, Co-op staff reported that they had apprehended a female shoplifter in the store taking headphones worth $5.99. After a brief investigation, Gray was arrested and given a Nov. 25 court date. Bond was set at $500.
Brittany Dzwonchyk, 19, of Naugatuck, was arrested at the UConn Co-op and charged with sixth degree larceny. According to police, Co-op staff reported that they had apprehended a female shoplifter in the store taking a necklace worth $12.99. After a brief investigation, Dzwonchyk was arrested and given a Nov. 25 court date. Bond was set at $500.
Alla Nebrat, 21, of Cheshire, was arrested at 4:00 p.m. at UConn police headquarters and charged with sixth degree larceny. According to police, Nebrat turned herself in on a warrant stemming from an incident at the UConn Co-op on Sept. 4 where Nebrat allegedly took merchandise valued at $15.85 from the store without paying for it. Nebrat was arrested and given a Nov. 25 court date. Bond was set at $500.

Justin Heckman, 19, of Rocky Hill, was arrested at 11:36 a.m. at the UConn Co-op and charged with sixth degree larceny. According to police, Heckman was observed by UConn Co-op Loss Prevention Agents concealing merchandise and exiting the store without paying for it. After a brief investigation, Heckman was found to have stolen a writer's journal valued at $12. He was arrested and given a Nov. 18 court date. Bond was set at $500.
Mina Mikhail, 21, of Stamford, was arrested at 11 p.m. at UConn police headquarters and charged with sixth degree larceny. According to police, Mikhail turned himself in on a warrant stemming from an incident at the UConn Co-op on Aug. 26, when Mikhail alwlegedly removed merchandise valued at $210.70 from the store without paying for it. He was arrested and given a Nov. 26 court date. Bond was set at $500.
Nathaniel Keaton, 20, of New Haven, was arrested at 12:24 a.m. at College Square and charged with second degree breach of peace. According to police, an officer observed Keaton participate in a physical altercation, rolling on the ground and throwing punches with two other male individuals, in the College Square parking lot. He was arrested and given a Nov. 25 court date. Bond was set at $500.
Haleem Iddirisu, 21, of Meriden, was arrested at 12:24 a.m. at College Square and charged with second degree breach of peace. According to police, an officer observed Iddirisu participate in a physical altercation, rolling on the ground and throwing punches with two other male individuals, in the College Square parking lot. He was arrested and given a Nov. 25 court date. Bond was set at $500.
John Belcher, 23, of Hamden, was arrested at 12:22 a.m. at College Square and charged with second degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer. According to police, officers responded to a report of a fight in College Square parking lot. While police were attempting to place another individual under arrest, Belcher approached the officer and swung his fists around, pounding on cars and pushing people. Belcher ignored several orders to remove himself from the area of the officer and was arrested. He was given a Nov. 25 court date, bond was set at $1,000.

Brian Molgano, 20, of Burlington, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on Fairfield Way and charged with interfering with an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance or less than four ounces of marijuana. According to police, a patrol officer suspected Molgano of smoking marijuana. During a brief interview, Molgano pushed the officer and attempted to flee. He was apprehended after a brief foot pursuit. It was determined that Molgano was in possession of a small quantity of marijuana in the form of a blunt, police said. Molgano was held on a $10,000 bond and given a Nov. 10 court date.
