All advertising orders are subject to the terms of the current rate card. Refunds will be granted at the end of each semester per request of customer. Prior to refunds a credit will be issued and available for use at any time.
The Daily Campus reserves the right to reject or edit any advertisement that does not comply with the policies and judgment of the newspaper. The Daily Campus also reserves the right to mark any advertisement as “paid advertisement.” Advertisements must not include images, illustrations or reproductions that violate copyright laws.
The advertiser and/or advertising agency agrees to defend and indemnify The Daily Campus against any and all liability, loss or expense arising from claims of libel, unfair competition, unfair trade practice, infringement of trademarks, trade names, patents, violations of rights of privacy and infringement of copyrights and proprietary rights resulting from the publication of the advertisement.
The advertiser is responsible for notifying The Daily Campus of errors within TWO business days of receiving proof of advertisement. Corrections or credit adjustments will be made for the portion of the ad that is in error. The limit of responsibility is the total cost of the ad in which the error occurs. No allowance will be made for errors that do not materially affect the value of the advertisement or errors made by the advertiser on submitted copy sheets. Advertising cancelled after the deadlines will be charged for the space ordered.
The Daily Campus does not guarantee ad placement. Copy changes will not be honored after deadline. Tearsheets are available upon request. Advertisements in excess of 18 inches will be charged at full depth. Advertisers must supply all copy and any additional materials desired for advertisements.
