Spring Break
The seven groups that comprise the UConn A Capella Association will showcase their talents and promote spring auditions at the "Welcome Back A Capella" concert Friday night, with special guest Trinity Accidentals. The event is the first fundraiser being held by the association, which was established last year, and half of the proceeds will benefit the Katie Bu Memorial Fund, according to Amanda Friedman, a member of the co-ed group A Minor. I remember when nine movies would come out a year …" Winter break did seem to provide viewers with an abundance of new titles to choose from, ranging from animated adventures to spy thrillers, and much in between. With temperatures nearing 70 over winter break, it seemed as if the cold season of the year would pass right by the massive winter wind tunnel known as Storrs. Although the weather reached record highs over the recess, the temperatures are starting to come back down to seasonable averages and there is some snow in the forecast. (0) comments
