The United Nations Security Council unanimously agreed Saturday to increase economic sanctions on Iran, a decision which was followed by the usual defiant rhetoric from Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, threats against those who challenge the Islamic Republic and further expression of a reluctance to cooperate with international demands regarding Iran's nuclear program. PetSmart, an animal supply store, needs to get out of the small animal business. PetSmart makes billions of dollars a year by selling animal care supplies for all types of household pets and selling live small animals to supplement its revenue. The small animal business is not exceedingly profitable and contributes little to PetSmart's overall earnings. (3) comments

When the founding fathers laid the framework for our nation's legal system, they drew on the English common-law tradition, but sought to prevent the arbitrary judicial abuses which were typical at the time.
