The Student Union has started charging for use of the game room, but plans are in motion to bring a bigger and better game room to the building, according to Corey O'Brien, business services manager of the SU. Students shopping at the annual back-to-school poster sale this year might have noticed something new alongside their favorite photos of Bob Marley and Justin Timberlake - subscriptions to an online digital music library. Beyond the Wall, the company who runs the two-week poster sale, partnered with a Chicago-based music promotion company to offer the subscriptions, which are valid on the independent music Web site myTracks. Self-proclaimed evangelist Jesse Morrell returned to campus Wednesday and attracted crowds of students to Fairfield Way as he preached his extremely conservative Christian beliefs. Morrell stood to the side of the Student Union, yelling and calling students sinners as they circled around, and in most cases, towered over him. (10) comments
