Bush on Monday read his agenda aloud to both bodies of Congress, delivering the ultimate State of the Union of his tired presidency, the sensation of resigned finality filled the room, surely as an uninvited and unwanted guest of the Bush family. The Iraq war has been going on for approximately six years now to no avail. There are thousands of Iraqi veterans who return from extended tours of duty with significant combat wounds.
