9/8 Kelly Bernardi, 21, of Newtown, was arrested at 1:26 a.m. and charged with possession of a controlled substance of less than four ounces of marijuana. According to police, officers were dispatched to Garrigus Suites for a report of an odor of burnt marijuana. (0) comments
