UConn phonebook presents a safety risk

Given the recent spate of sexual assaults here at UConn, it would be reasonable to assume that the university is doing all it can to protect the safety and privacy of its students. Such a reasonable assumption would be wrong. The university makes available, online and automatically, the residence of every student on campus down to their building, floor and room number. With the two recent sexual assaults on campus, students have been in a heightened state of awareness - more like a panic. However, is it all entirely necessary? Is UConn really as dangerous as it has appeared to be since the beginning of this semester? Based on campus crime statistics posted on the Web sites of several schools in the area, UConn's sexual assault numbers are not as high as one may think. (2) comments

Planned Parenthood, an organization that claims to promote women's health and well-being, has a deeply stained history of racism, hatred and lies. Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood, summed up the purpose of her organization with this statement: "More children from the fit, less from the unfit. (27) comments

I almost got hit by another bus today. I'm starting to think that the drivers are being recruited from E.O. Smith. So on the side of my Facebook page I noticed a college singles advertisement, and I was interested ... until I saw that the picture was of a girl biting her dog. (0) comments
