A UConn student has been arrested for allegedly falsifying a report that he was robbed at knifepoint on campus Tuesday night, police said. Joseph Carelli, 19, of Marcellus, N.Y., has been charged with giving a false statement, interfering with an officer, falsely reporting an incident and second degree breach of peace, according to a police report.
