Well, the election is over.However, Barack Obama is not yet president. That's right, George W. Bush is still president until noon on Jan. 20, 2009, and still has all of the power and responsibilities of the office. Over the next two-and-a-half months, Obama will assemble his cabinet, further develop his policies and work with Bush to coordinate the transfer of power. (0) comments

Online classes  save everyone money

Tuition is going up. The cost of living is going up. Unemployment is going up. Just about the only thing that's going down is the stock market and the girth of our wallets. Lowering tuition costs is hard. But there's one simple solution that, while not a cure-all, could go a long way toward helping the UConn students save a few dollars. (0) comments
