 Women’s Tennis: Huskies set to commence Big East Tournament 

The No. 5-seeded University of Connecticut women’s tennis team is heading to Cayce, S.C. to take on the No. 4-seeded Georgetown University on Friday to start their Big East Tournament run. The Huskies last match was against the Seton Hall ended with a 4-3 win last Wednesday. In doubles play, sophomore Chloe Lomans and junior Ela Platenikova notched a win along with freshman Madison Mcleod and junior Victoria Matos.

Baseball: Hook C visit No. 24 Boston College in old-school Big East matchup

The sports rivalry between UConn and Boston College goes back to the two schools joining the Big East Conference for the 1979-80 academic year. On Wednesday afternoon, the two rivals will face off for the second time this season, with this one coming at Harrington Athletics Village in Brighton, Mass.
