Carlee Wines' mother, Pamela Wines, has sued the driver of the vehicle that hit her daughter this past winter, as well as the driver's mother. The lawsuit, filed this summer in Superior Court in Rockville, alleges that "negligence and carelessness" on the part of Anthony Alvino caused "the collision, and the personal injuries, losses and death sustained and suffered" by Carlee Wines.
