6:10 p.m. - Police charged Sperry Morway, 18, of Glastonbury with interfering with an officer and possession of a controlled substance or less than 4 oz. of marijuana. Officers were on patrol in the North Garage when they observed two males smoking cigarettes. When the officers approached them, the males threw the cigarettes off of North Garage and onto the ground below. Upon further investigation, it was found that Morway was in possession of a marijuana cigarette.



6:10 p.m. - Police charged Tyler Burdick, 19, of Falls Village with interfering with an officer and possession of a controlled substance or less than 4 oz. of marijuana. Officers were on patrol in the North Garage when they observed two males smoking cigarettes. When the officers approached them, the males threw the cigarettes off North Garage and onto the ground below. Upon further investigation, it was found that Burdick was in possession of a marijuana cigarette.



6:44 p.m. - Police charged Bryan Dick, 20, of Worcester, Mass. with second-degree forgery and possession of alcohol by a minor. Dick was in a vehicle that was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. During an investigation, he was found to be in possession of a forged Pennsylvania driver's license and alcohol.



7:14 p.m. - Police charged Tiago Pedreira, 22, of Naugatuck with obstructing the view through a windshield and possession of a controlled substance or less than 4 oz. of marijuana. Pedreira was the operator of a motor vehicle that had been stopped on North Eagleville Road for having an object obstructing the driver's view through the windshield. After a brief investigation, he was found to be in possession of approximately 1.7 grams of marijuana.



7:17 p.m. - Police charged Camilo Lopez, 19, of Norwalk with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of weapons in a motor vehicle, illegal manufacturing, distribution, and/or selling of cannabis or a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory and possession of a controlled substance or less than 4 oz. of marijuana. Officers were on patrol in North Garage when they observed a possible liquor law violation of underage males possessing alcohol. Upon further investigation, it was found that Lopez was in possession of less than 4 oz. of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and weapons in a motor vehicle, and he was operating a drug factory.
