Nov. 7

Graham G. Deangelis, 22, of Willimantic, was arrested at 10:29 a.m. at the UConn Co-op and charged with larceny in the sixth degree. Loss prevention officers saw Deangelis conceal a Power Bar in his pocket and leave the Co-op without paying for them. Officers arrested Deangelis for stealing the Power Bar and six others since Oct. 13, a total value of $20.23. His bond was set for $500 and his court date is Nov. 21.

Luke H. Wiles, 19, of Fredrick, Md., was arrested at 1:31 p.m. at the UConn Co-op and charged with larceny in the sixth degree. Loss prevention officers saw Wiles conceal headphones in his pocket and leave the Co-op without paying for them. Officers arrested Wiles for stealing the headphones. The total value of the headphones was $29. His bond was set for $500 and his court date is Nov. 21.

Nov. 8

Jonathan M. Hla, 18, of Avon, was arrested at 10:29 p.m. near Hicks Hall and charged with the illegal manufacturing, distributing, and selling of cannabis or other controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory. Police received a tip that there was possible narcotics activity at Hicks Hall. After a brief investigation, police found Hla to be in possession of 5.3 grams of marijuana, a scale, plastic baggies, $920 and several other pieces of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set for $10,000 and his court date is Nov. 22.

Nov. 10

Ajay N. Patel, 25, of Sharon, Mass., was arrested at 1:05 a.m. on Route 195 and charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and driving while under the influence. Police saw Patel's car cross the fog line and pulled him over. Patel was suspected to be driving while under the influence. Patel was subjected to a series of field sobriety tests, which he failed. His bond was set for $500 and his court date is Nov. 21.

Victoria C. Morris, 19, of Storrs, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on Route 195 and charged with improper use of marker, registration or license, interfering with an officer and driving while under the influence. Morris' car was stopped for failing to obey a traffic signal. When Morris stopped, she switched seats with a passenger in an attempt to mislead police. Officers suspected Morris was under the influence and gave her a series of field sobriety tests, which she failed. Her bond was set for $10,000 and her court date is Nov. 22.

Kathryn A. Obyrne, 20, of Storrs, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. on Route 195 and charged with interfering with an officer and driving while under the influence. Obyrne was the passenger of a car officers stopped for a vehicle violation. Obyrne switched seats with the driver, trying to mislead police. Officers suspected she was under the influence and gave her a series of field sobriety tests, which she failed. Her bond was set for $500 and her court date is Nov. 22.

Nov. 11

Melissa A. Bradley, 21, of Granby, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. near the UConn Visitor's Center and charged with breach of peace in the second degree and interfering with an officer. Police responded to a reported physical fight. Bradley was found to be responsible for striking another person several times. During the investigation, Bradley attempted to leave the area after officers told her to stop. Her bond was set for $1,000 and her court date was Nov. 14.

Xavier Cruz, 27, of Hartford, was arrested at 7:20 a.m. at UConn Police Headquarters and charged with larceny in the fourth degree. Cruz was taken into police custody on an active arrest warrant from an incident in October. His bond was set for $500 and his court date is Nov. 22.

Andrey V. Dementyev, 21, of Fairfield, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. at UConn Police Headquarters and charged with larceny in the sixth degree. Dementyev turned himself in after learning of a warrant for his arrest stemming from an incident on Oct. 3. Dementyev stole $28 worth of property from the UConn Co-op. His bond was set for $500 and his court date is Nov. 22.

Nov. 12

Andrew J. Love, 46, of Glastonbury, was arrested at 3:05 a.m. near the Towers Complex and charged with breach of peace in the second degree. Police responded to the area after an alarmed witness reported a dispute between a male and a female. When police arrived, they saw the female, later determined to be Brittany Love kicking Andrew Love. Andrew Love had pushed the female into the car and grabbed her during their altercation. His bond was set for $500 and his court date was Nov. 14.

Brittany K. Love, 18, of Glastonbury, was arrested at 3:05 a.m. near the Towers Complex and charged with assault in the third degree and breach of peace in the second degree. Police responded to the area after report of a dispute. Brittany Love kicked and bit 46-year-old Andrew Love. Her bond was set for $500 and her court date was Nov. 14.

Spencer J. Chase, 18, of Bristol, was arrested at 3:06 a.m. on North Hillside Road and charged with driving in the left-hand lane, possession of drug paraphernalia, interfering with an officer, driving while under the influence and possession of a controlled substance or less than four ounces of marijuana. Police stopped Chase's car and after talking to him, suspected he was under the influence. Chase was subjected to a series of sobriety tests, which he failed. Chase also didn't identify himself properly and was in possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana. His bond was set for $2,000 and his court date is Nov. 21.

Jason C. Mara, 18, of Phoenixville, Pa., was arrested at 4:51 a.m. at Belden Hall in Alumni and charged with disorderly conduct, forgery in the second degree and unlawful restraint in the second degree. Police responded to a report of an unwanted guest. After a brief investigation, police found Jason Mara restrained and attempted to strike another person. Mara was also found to have a fake ID. His bond was set for $5,000 and his court date is Nov. 22.
