Graham G. Deangelis, 22, of Willimantic, was arrested at 10:29 a.m. at the UConn Co-op and charged with larceny in the sixth degree. Loss prevention officers saw Deangelis conceal a Power Bar in his pocket and leave the Co-op without paying for them. Officers arrested Deangelis for stealing the Power Bar and six others since Oct. 13, a total value of $20.23. His bond was set for $500 and his court date is Nov. 21.
Lucas A. Stark, 21, of Tolland, was arrested at 1:17 a.m. in the UConn Police Department parking lot and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree and criminal trespass in the third degree. Police found Stark urinating on privately-owned vehicles. The parking lot was fenced and clearly marked with "No Trespassing" signs. His bond was set for $2,000 and his court date is Nov. 22.
Eric S. Streeter, 30, of Coventry, was arrested at 6:42 p.m. at the Holinko Estates Apartment Complex and charged with criminal violation of a protective order. While on patrol, a UConn officer saw Streeter and another person having a tag sale on the lawn of the complex. While speaking with Streeter, the officer learned that Streeter was violating a protective order issued for the female he was with. His bond was set for $1,500 and his court date was Nov. 14.
Anthony B. Mitchell, 20, of Willimantic, was arrested at 11:56 p.m. near the North Campus dorm complex and charged with assault in the second degree, criminal attempt, criminal trespass in the second degree, disorderly conduct, robbery in the third degree, threatening and unlawful restraint in the second degree. Police responded to a report of an assault in New Haven Hall. The victim said he was entering the dorm when a male held him by his backpack, demanded money and then punched him in the face repeatedly. The victim identified Mitchell as the person who assaulted him. Mitchell was not a resident or a guest of New Haven Hall. His bond was set for $10,000 and his court date was Nov. 14.
